Leaside Sports Medicine
I am providing in-person and virtual care full time at Leaside Sports Medicine where I am surrounded by an incredible team of experienced rehabilitation specialists. The office is located in the CNIB building at 1929 Bayview Ave, Suite 203, which is just south of Sunnybrook Hospital off of Kilgour Road. There is plentiful ground level metered parking on site.
We’re taking measures to keep you safe.
To ensure the safety of patients, health care providers, family, and community members, in-person care will be scheduled for patients requiring physical examination or a procedure for pain management, with one patient booking per half hour to allow for application of the necessary physical distancing, and infection prevention and control measures. An appointment confirmation and COVID self-screening questionnaire will be emailed to you two days prior to your appointment.
For continuity of care, where possible, please obtain a referral from your family doctor. You may book prior to obtaining a referral.
